This isn't your typical Block of the Month.
Designer Christine Schulte of Green Light Quilts puts a fresh spin on the traditional format with Kathleen's Story. Instead of making a series of identical or uniform blocks, each month you'll create a new "chunk" of the quilt, watching the design grow section by section until the entire story comes together.
Traditional piecing with just a hint of appliqué keeps the project interesting while remaining approachable for a confident beginner.
A Beautifully Scrappy Version
Our Kathleen's Story program is offered scrappy, giving the finished quilt that wonderful collected-over-time character.
Your fabrics will be selected from the Kathleen's Story collection by Marcus Fabrics, with coordinating prints thoughtfully mixed throughout your kit.
Your 10-Month Program Includes:
- All fabrics required for the quilt top
- Coordinating binding fabric
- Complete Kathleen's Story patterns
- Fabric guides and cutting diagrams
- Final quilt finishing fabrics with your last shipment
Each month brings another section of the quilt and something completely new to create.
