The Quilted Boutique shipping policy
We strive to provide excellent customer service, all IN STOCK orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that fulfillment times will be longer if you have ordered during a sale, due to the larger volume of orders. If you order during a sale, expect fulfillment times to extend to 7-10 business days. Custom items like Pre-Cut Log Cabin Kits can longer to ship due to cutting. Shipping on Log Cabin Kits is 7-20 business days.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped expedited parcel via UPS . Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times). We do not ship to p.o. box addresses
-Orders greater than $199.00 before discounts and before taxes ship for free!
-Orders less than $199.99 before discounts and before taxes will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 CDN

All orders will be shipped using whichever way is the most economical at the time. Orders to the United States may take anywhere between 7 - 10 days to arrive. Custom cut orders may take longer. In stock items ship 3-5 days.
Occasional Charges - occasionally US orders may incur a small carrier processing or customs fee (typically around $6 USD). This charge is determined by the shipping carrier, or US customs authorities, and is not collected by The Quilted Boutique.
Parcels Ship UPS - Purolator - FedEx we do not ship to p.o. box addresses.

LOST stolen Damaged PARCELS:
Please note that The Quilted Boutique does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly provide any information that we have in regards to your parcel, as well as assist in locating it. However, we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels. The Quilted Boutique cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We will work with the shipper to track packages, but no refunds will be issued and goods will not be re-shipped.
Sale items cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
IN-STORE PICKUP:
For all our local customers, we do offer free in-store pickup. Simply select Pick Up as your delivery method at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. you may also use the in store pick up option if you have an existing order that has not yet shipped, using this option stops double shipping charges.
PRE-SALE - PRE-ORDER
We offer pre-orders to ensure that you get the newest released fabric that you love as quickly as possible.
However, please note that it is a pre-order and not in hand when purchased; it will ship when we receive it. Once we have received the fabric it will be cut and processed in a timely manner. The estimated fabric release date is noted in the listing but manufacturer delays can happen.
We prefer that pre-order fabrics not be combined with current in stock fabrics. Any pre-orders made with a combination of in-stock fabric and pre-order fabric will be held until all fabric is ready to ship. Pre-Order items only qualify for cancellation within 4 hours of ordering.

no Returns On Cut Fabrics - only Defective Fabrics may apply
Every effort is made to ensure you receive first quality premium goods. If you should receive a fabric that is defective, we may exchange the item with proof of defect.
The Quilted Boutique does not accept returns on cut yardage and/or non-defective fabrics.
PRE-ORDERED FABRICS KITS NOTIONS
If we have pre-Ordered on your behalf, in the case of reserved not yet released fabric lines, or in the case of Back Orders due to high volume sales events, you are responsible for your Pre-Ordered or Ordered items, we do not offer returns or refunds oN pre-ordered fabrics, sale fabrics, sale kits, scrap bag fabrics, quilt kts, patterns, please order responsibly.
if you have ordered an item by mistake, this mistake must be brought to our attention within 4 hours of purchase, if an item is ordered by mistake we may take into consideratoin the cancelation on a case by case basis, WE WILL NOT CONSIDER ORDER MISTAKES PAST THE 4 HOUR WINDOW.
We do noy offer replacement or refunds on packaging, if there is a packaging defect such as boxed kits, or manufacturers plastic packaging, this is not the responsibility of The Quilted Boutique, we have no way to replace manufactures packaging.
Return Policy on notions; We will not refund or accept returns on any liquid product.
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service upon receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified promptly upon delivery Day..
Sale items may not be returned. Some items, once assembled, are not returnable. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. We do not provide replacement packaging for products that are not otherwise damaged.
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.
Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
Block Of The Month; Block Of The Month are non-transferable, and Non-refundable. Shpould you cancel your block of the month, your deposit is non-refundable, we order the block of the month yardage and patterns on yor behlf, should you cancel we are left with these excess products. if you cancel your block pf the month part way into the program, all fees are non-refundable, the program is non-transferable. We do not refund shipping fees under any circumstances.
All items that qualify for return are subject to a re-Stocking fee of 15%
Clearance fabrics are not eligible for return.
Our Return Policy on printed materials or digital downloads:
Printed materials such as patterns, books, and items which could otherwise be photocopied, are not returnable - with a nod of respect to the hard-working pattern designers who produce the patterns we sell, as well as due to copyright laws.
SOAP AND SPRAYS
All Tangent - soak - best press all Liquid products are non refundable for reason of health and safety.
This is our guarantee to you that the items you have purchased are new, never previously sold, returned and re-sold.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs, Duties and Taxes on International Orders
Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Some countries may require us to collect taxes, GST, or VAT on their behalf. We will do so only if required and applicable taxes will be shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws and processes related to duties and taxes in their country and region. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.
