Shipping & Returns

The Quilted Boutique shipping policy

 We strive to provide excellent customer service, all orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that fulfillment times will be longer if you have ordered during a sale, due to the larger volume of orders. If you order during a sale, expect fulfillment times to extend to 5-8 business days.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:


All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped expedited parcel via UPS. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times).

-Orders greater than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes ship for free! 

-Orders less than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and Possessions


All orders will be shipped using whichever way is the most economical at the time. Orders to the United States may take anywhere between 4 and 7 days to arrive, excluding any time your package may be delayed in Customs. All fabric orders to the US will ship for the flat rate. If you would like faster delivery, please contact us for details and pricing.

LOST PARCELS:
Please note that The Quilted Boutique does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. We will gladly provide any information that we have in regards to your parcel, as well as assist in locating it. However, we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels.

IN-STORE PICKUP:
For all our local customers, we do offer free in-store pickup. Simply select Pick Up as your delivery method at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

PRE-SALE - PRE-ORDER 

We offer pre-orders to ensure that you get the newest released fabric that you love as quickly as possible.

However, please note that it is a pre-order and not in hand when purchased; it will ship when we receive it. Once we have received the fabric it will be cut and processed in a timely manner. The estimated fabric release date is noted in the listing but manufacturer delays can happen.

We prefer that pre-order fabrics not be combined with current in stock fabrics. Any pre-orders made with a combination of in-stock fabric and pre-order fabric will be held until all fabric is ready to ship.

Payment of the pre-order is taken when the order is placed, not when shipped.

Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, Rural Route addresses.
heavy and bulky items extra fees, and are shipped at the cost of the customer.
Policy For Soaps sprays liquids OR powders
Our site is aimed at customers who are familiar with the brands that we offer for sale.
Due to the personal nature of these products and to ensure your safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges of Liquid Or Spray items.

We Ship parcels by UPS
Domestic packages usually take 1-3 business days - USA packages typically take 5-7 days. 
Delays are possible with supply chain issues

Return & Exchange Policy

By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

We want you to love your new fabric order! If you have received an incorrect item or there is a mistake in your order, please email us at info@thequiltedboutique.com and we will make things right.

If you change your mind on what you ordered, we will refund you up to 14 days after your purchase. The product must be in new condition, smoke-free, and contain no pet hair or other flaws. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Please note: we charge a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns.

If you change your mind and no longer want your pre-order items, please notify us right away. If your pre-order hasn't shipped yet, we will refund the full amount of your order, or ask if you would like an equal substitute. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement. Please note: we charge a 25% Cancellation fee on ALL Pre-Order returns.

We do our best to ensure the color of the fabric online matches as close as possible to the bolt in the shop. However, due to the vast color variances in every monitor and mobile device, we cannot guarantee the color will be an exact match to what you see online. If you have an questions email us info@threadcountfabrics.ca before ordering.

PLEASE INSPECT FABRIC THOROUGHLY BEFORE WASHING. Refunds/replacements will not be issued for damage/staining that is discovered after washing.

Returns

Every effort is made to ensure you receive first quality premium goods. If you should receive a product that is defective, we will exchange the item with proof of defect.

The Quilted Boutique does not accept returns on cut yardage and/or non-defective merchandise.
If your cancelled  order includes yardage that has been cut or {Pre-Cuts} {Pre-Orders} but has not yet shipped, a  25% restocking fee   will apply and will be retained as your order is refunded. The reality is that it’s not unusual for one team member to cut and prepare your order and place it in the queue for another team member to process the shipment. There is sometimes time between these two processes, which exist to support efficiency, but can cause complication if a cancelation is needed.
If we have pre-Ordered on your behalf, in the case of reserved not yet released fabric lines, or in the case of Back Orders due to high volume sales events, you are responsible for your Pre-Ordered or Ordered  items,
if you cancel this item, a 25% fee will apply to each cancelled (Pre-Ordered) { Reserved } ( Back Ordered)  Item Without Exception.

If your order has already shipped, I’m afraid chasing down the postal worker that picked it up is just not possible. We’re just not fast runners!

Our Return Policy:

While every attempt is made to deliver 100% quilted glee into your eagerly-awaiting crafty hands, we understand that any number of things can result with your wish to return your order, either in part or in full.
Return Eligibility:
Printed materials such as patterns, books, and items which could otherwise be photocopied, are not returnable - with a nod of respect to the hard-working pattern designers who produce the patterns we sell, as well as due to copyright laws.  
You may return your defective fabric purchase by contacting us within 7 days of the receipt of your order IF YOUR FABRIC IS DEFECTIVE ONLY- Fabrics that are NOT DEFECTIVE are NOT eligible for return.
 
.  PLEASE NOTE:
Clearance fabrics are not eligible for return. .Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
 
Threads and other notions that arrived in manufacturer packaging, must be returned unopened.  Please allow up to 7 days from our receipt of your returned items for refund to be processed.
 
Please check your selection carefully prior to placing your order. You are responsible for your placed orders.
SOAP AND SPRAYS
All Tangent - soak - best press all Liquid products are non refundable for reason of health and safety. 
This is our guarantee to you that the items you have purchased are new, never previously sold, returned and re-sold.
 
 
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Customs, Duties and Taxes on International Orders
Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may require us to collect taxes, GST, or VAT on their behalf. We will do so only if required and applicable taxes will be shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws and processes related to duties and taxes in their country and region. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.
All prices are in CAN dollars.
We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
