Pre-Orders
Our pre-order fabric policy ensures that you can secure the newest released fabrics you love as quickly as possible. Here are the key details:
Pre-Order Nature: When you purchase a pre-order fabric, please note that it is not in hand at the time of purchase. Instead, it will ship to you once we receive it. We aim to process it promptly once it’s in our possession.
Estimated Release Date: The estimated fabric release date is mentioned in the product listing. However, keep in mind that manufacturer delays can occur. We’ll do our best to keep you informed if any delays arise.
Combining Orders: We recommend that pre-order fabrics not be combined with current in-stock fabrics. If you choose to combine them, your order will be held until all fabric is ready to ship. If you’d like any in-stock fabric shipped before the pre-order fabric arrives, additional shipping charges will apply.
Payment: Payment for the pre-order is taken when you place the order, not when it ships.
Remember, this policy allows you to secure your favorite fabrics ahead of time, but patience is key as we await their arrival.

A: At The Quilted Boutique, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. A; Fabrics are hand-cut with rotary cutter and ruler to ensure a clean, precision cut that is accurate to your requested specifications.
Multiples are always cut continuously, meaning that if you order a quantity of 3 half Yards, you’ll receive one continuous 1.5 Yard cut.
A; All of our fabrics are sold by the Half Yard
Example 1 = .5 of a Yard
2 = 1 Yard
3 = 1.5 Yard
We ship to Canada and The United States.
Shipping is free after sub-order totals more than $199.99 CDN. All prices are shown in Canadian Funds.

Shipping Policy
We ship all of Canada and The United States. Once your order is placed on an in stock item, you can expect shipping conformation via Purolator or UPS. All orders are shipped from Canada, we do not offer DROP SHIPPING.
United States Shipping Policy
Shipping to the USA is a "FLAT RATE" charge of $18.99 CDN, free shipping applies after the order sub-total reached $225.00 CDN. "BLOCK OF THE MONTH" shipping is $13.00 CDN monthly. FULL KIT purchases on "BLOCK OF THE MONTH" programs ship FREE. We do not apply any extra fees for USA shipping. Oversized items may be subject to extra charges, if this applies we will contact you by email and send a suplimental invoice.
Canadian Shipping Policy

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel any order placed online with-in 4 hours. Often fabrics are cut the same day, once fabrics are cut we can no longer accept cancellations.
BACK-ORDERED PRODUCTS - Ocasionaly items may be delayed. We call this a "Back-Order". If an item back-orders we will ship this item once it arrives, we do our best to notify our customers of back-orders. If a back-ordered item is discontinued by the manufacturer we will reach out to our customers to negotiate replacement or refund.
BLOCK OF THE MONTH - BOTM programs are non-transferable, and non-refundable. You may cancel a BLOCK OF THE MONTH program at any time.
Refund Policy
We will replace or refund any defective products. A "defective product notice" must be recieved by phone, or by email within 12 hours of being delivered to you the customer, we require an image to be sent via email, or live chat, showing proof of a defect.
